* Receiving responses/forms and registering all applicants and participants for the various activities involved.
* Sending out of confirmations.
* Invoicing and monitoring who has paid.
* Supplying registration name tabs and name badges.
* Furnishing participants with maps showing hotels, conference facilities, car parking, etc.
* Providing a person to help with registration and an on-site contact person throughout the conference.
Invoicing and accountingWe invoice participants for conference fees and monitor who has paid. We keep you, as the conference organiser, continually updated. When the conference has finished, there is a joint review of the accounts.
Printed matterDo you need help with posters, programmes or other printed matter? Our marketing department can help with everything from graphic layout to printing. Please contact us for a quotation.
Social programmes, events and experiencesIf desired, we will work closely with you and suggest and help plan social programmes to accompany your conference or congress. Programmes can include team-building activities, guided tours, full-day outings, dining accompanied by entertainment or anything else you may wish. We can also help to arrange transport, etc.
Wireless internetTo access our wireless internet, please do not hesitate to order login details in advance. Login details are valid for a limited period and for one user/computer.
MiscellaneousThe conference department can also help with participant registration.
